Trachea and Bronchi?

The trachea is the windpipe. It is a tube that must remain open or patent so air can freely flow, and at the same time allow a clump or bolus of swallowed food to p down the esophagus. The esophagus lies directly behind or posterior to the trachea. The structure of the trachea allows for both functions. The trachea is held open by hyline cartilage rings, these rings are "C" shaped with the opening of the C facing posterior in front of the the esophagus. The opening of the C on the posterior side allows that bolus of food to push into the trachea on its way down to the stomach. I want to clarify the food is inside the esophagus but the bulge can intrude into the trachea so it has more room. If the rings were solid and round then food would have a much more difficult time moving to the stomach. I hope this makes some sense.

WEll i may have one solution but i dont think its very probable but your appendix is on your right side and if your having pains it may be beginnning to burst. Although this may be inaccurate because its been such a long time but thats something to consider

i like biology, im good at maths, i like designing things but im terrible and textiles, i love art and im not that good in English, my physics is worse than my biology and i like using cameras but im no good at performing arts, i take applied ICT but im not like super good with computers, i dont like languages or my mentoring i have to do for the younger years, im quite shy if i dont know you but if i get to know you i can be really loud and i would be a good leader ( buts thats just if i feel comfortable with you) im not good at speaking in front of people like at presentations but i really want to get a good salery quick (like everyone =P) what can be a good job for me ?

I surrendered father dog to the shelter because he was trying to attack his pups. Is this good decision?

I loved the father dog. He was the sweetest and the best of the best dog I have ever seen. With lot of grief and pain I had to make the hard decision of surrendering the father dog to an already over-crowded animal shelter, for the safety of the pups. The mother dog gave birth to a litter of 8 pups and the father dog was almost going to kill them, if I was any more late in stopping him. He also tried to attack the mother dog for no reason. I tried to find lot of alternatives but could not. Due to the pups being so fragile and utterly defenseless I couldn't do anything but surrender the father dog. When i took the father dog to the shelter, he knew he had done something wrong and the look on his face was pure terror and fear. His face grimace and i felt so bad thinking of that facial expression when getting home. I don't know what will be the fate of the father dog and now I feel very sad.

I went to the er last night, and they gave me meds which i took for a UTI, only problem is the pain killers they gave me just wore off and i am in excruciating pain! IT WONT GO AWAY I TOOK VICATAN WHICH DID NOTHING. i am in the worst pain of my life, any relief? i also took azo pills, but i need immediate relief
