Bonus levels for N+ for DS?

I went on this site called cheats guru and it had this code for atari bonus levels. I'm not quite sure what those are so I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what they are exactly, and where this in game cheat menu is to use the code. Also, I heard that you could unlock the original N game, is that true? And if it is true how do you unlock it?
