Gum question plz help me?

i have two inflameed teeth 3, 4 and they hurt very bad well my gums tghat is. Im taking amoxiccilin in case its a infection but feels the same way has been 11 days. Is salt water good to heal whatever is wrong with me? Should i use salt water? Does itm ater if its idoized or not? what do you think can be wrong with my gums??
