HELP, MY NEW KITTEN HAS A LUMP UNDER HIS CHIN?

It wasn't there yesterday and its just on one side of his face. He is drinking and eating and he let me look at it and touch it. What is wrong with him? Is it treatable? Should I take him to a vet?
