Ouch pleas help its so painful!?

I went to the er last night, and they gave me meds which i took for a UTI, only problem is the pain killers they gave me just wore off and i am in excruciating pain! IT WONT GO AWAY I TOOK VICATAN WHICH DID NOTHING. i am in the worst pain of my life, any relief? i also took azo pills, but i need immediate relief
