How do you feel about non-black belts teaching cl?

There's a saying I always think of when this topic comes up: "Lack of change promotes stagnance, while change promotes growth." Just b/c they are not a blk belt doesn't necessarily mean you can't learn from them. As far as them teaching cl alone, they shouldn't w/o any supervision, b/c they may not know how the main instructor wants to run the cl, or how to structure things.
