Medication change and effects?

I would have thought that mirtazapine would have been much more helpful than citalopram in treating anxity. Agitation is caused by the Mirtaz... leaving you body and the citalopr.... not quite kicking in yet. Citalopram can take up to 2 weeks to be effective and even up to 4 weeks before a change is noticed in the patient. You shouldnt be worried about it as its really normal and i have changed between these 2 meds myself. If it dosnt get better i 7 days go to see your Dr.
