What is the difference between Gillette Fusion Blades & Gillette Fusion Power Blades?

I believe the "power" blades provide a better result; a closer shave without risk of nicking yourself. It has to do with the vibrations(movement) of the blades as they touch your skin that provide a more consistent shave. I tend to miss spots more often with a non-power shaver.
