3 months to loose weight?

What your doing is an excellent start! Also, go for 1500 calories a day, and fill these up with lots of veggies and fruits. A great metabolism booster is green tea. Also, make sure you have a great breakfast every morning (whole-grain cereal, yogurt, and fruit is amazing for your heath!) because that will give your metabolism a boost. Don't eat less than 1200 calories, because that is majorly unhealthy and will make you look pale, weak, and thin instead of heathy, attractive, radiant, and slim. Good luck on your weight loss, and hope you look fabulous for that wedding! :)
