Anorexic wanting to recover... easy points!?
My best suggestion to you is to eat lots of nuts-which are high in protein, take a daily vitamin, and dairy products-they are usually high in calories, but good for you too, like cheese. Fruits and veggies are good, as well as pastas-or anything starchy-whatever you do, it is important that you do not try to go overboard and gain all this weight so quickly-you didn't lose it over night and you wont gain it back overnight! Get plenty of sleep, keep your body hydrated, exercise, and feed your body the nutrients that it's craving! Everyone is unique in what their body needs!
