Buick lesabre 91' no spark no fuel problem?

3.8L V6 Car cranks over good but isnt getting fire or fuel. I read that if there is no fire the ECM wont pump the fuel. I have replaced the crank sensor and the cam sensor. The magnet for the cam sensor is there (not fallen off). Diagnostic tool says "Cam sensor failure code 41". Have checked ignition module at the local parts house and it tested fine 5 times in a row. coil packs seem to ohm out ok.It was doing the same thing two weeks ago, then it miraculously started and ran good every time i tried it for about a week; then back to the same problem(cam sensor and crank sensor replaced since the second failure). I thought i was good at fixing this stuff, but this one has got me ready to roll it into the creek, please help!
