Dell Vista Key Invalid?

Ok, I reinstalled Vista using the supplied Vista reinstall disc, It installed fine but then I see its not activated and I have 3o days to do so, I click activate and it says "The product key you entered is invalid" I change it to the COA key and it says the same thing Now what do I do? Dell won't do nothing as its out of warranty
