Have you noticed the definition of "hate speech" is slowly morphing into any speech against leftist policies?

The Dems are attempting to label more and more things as "hate speech", exceedingly few of which meet the actual definition thereof. Is it the position of the Democrat Party that any dissent from Fearless Leader's ideals or policies is now considered "Hate Speech"?
