Help me with this guy...I've asked this before but I need more answers! Aah!!?

I dunno if you wanted a guys point of view but here is my 2 cents on this topic. If you like a guy and he is outgoing and all of what you have stated above i believe you should just take a deep breath next time and ask him if he is new to the area or not? either way it doesn't matter i would like to share something with you since this has to do with both es, most of the time when someone likes each other they tend to be both uncomfortable. whatever you decide one thing is for sure if you don't ask him out or let him know then you will never know how he feels. If you do ask him what the worst that will happen is he will tell you no politely.
