Ask someone you know who has a car where they get theirs serviced and go by any recommendation. Hope this is sensible advice. You have bought what was an expensive well appointed car when new and being diesel at 116000 miles it is hardly run in I believe the BMW engine was fitted . Those tyres need sorting though as it may be a buckled wheel , poor wheel balance or a damaged inner tyre wall which you cannot see.
