I find it disgusting seeing people smoking out their car windows.?

I feel truly sorry for you. Of all the injustice in the world, children starving, child slavery and prostitution, pensioners freezing in the winter, m immigration, the EU, phoney wars, China in Tibet, political corruption and sleaze, higher taxation, m immigration et al, you find someone smoking in their car, which they pay through the nose to keep on the road, ghastly!!!!!!! Never mind the toffs, where has your brain gone?
