Should I move back to Sydney or save up for trip to Italy?

Im 24, female and single. My career is very important to me. I have a stable if not somewhat boring job, but its stability i need. i could get a job in sydney but lose leave (trip to Italy) and familiarity. Or move sydney (more exciting lifestyle) , potentially new more exciting job and a little more money - but no leave for o/seas
