So preemptive military action is good to save Libyan citizens who don't like US?

Everyone hates the US..Until they're crying in some corner because an invading force (or their own government) is raping their women, killing their children and slaughtering their men. Then...They love us. Then they want the best to come in and save their es. Its been the same since WW1.
