Where to buy the cheapest DVDs for Korean/Jap Dramas in Taipei?

I'll be going Taipei in September, and will be searching for the best value, best quality korean/jap dramas and anime DVDs. Anyone has any recommendations on where to shop for them? Am also looking for some soundtracks of my fave drama series.
