BOY ADVICE PLEASE HELP ME NOW.... I am so confused :( ?

Okay, me and this guy...lets call him Greg... were really good friends last year! At the end of last year we were watching a movie. me and my friend Bre were talking about this cute guy in the movie. Then Greg joined the conversation and said "oh yeah he is soo adorable isn't he?" sarcastically, I say "totally i am in love with him" Bre says "No laura is i love with you." "Ha ha funny!' I say and we just laugh it out. Later he comes up to me and says "Laura, i am in love with you." Jokingly..(or so I thought)....and i say " ha ha funny, i don't think it would work out." obviously joking and that was the end of that. Then this year he hasn't talked to me once! I totally am in love with him even though i deny it. None of my friends know cause one of my closet friends (who i became friends with this year) likes him now. I told her that i liked him last year but i am over it....although i look at him all the time and i can't help it. If i like another guy i always think....would I choose him over drew? And its always....no. What should i do, please help me....What should I do? Should I tell my friend i really do like him? I am so confused... do you think last years incident really has something to do with this? Should I talk to him?
