How should i ask him out?

..i like this boy....(B) (: and i wanna date him. I am 13..in the 8th grade...he is in 7th,,this is going to be a wee bit confusing so ill try to make this as easy to understand as possible, here we go,, I liked his best friend J for awile, and when this happened i still liked J at the time,, so i was accidentally flirting with him and i guess i lead him on...i invited him across the street to get cokes...we do that everyday now...but he has ben having tutoring so we havnt ben able to..anyway that night he txted me and said..hey..hey i txted back..then he said wats up...i said o..nm just talking to..A.. then about 10 minute later he said...ill waye ou yaye o gaye out yaye ith waye e maye..? and in pig latin that means will you go out with me...i no how to speak it..but i dont no if he knew that so i said...wat? and he sent it again..and i go..oooo...i get it...and he goes ..ya..and i go...umm..no..sorry...i like somebody else...he asked me who i liked i told him jason..and then we just carried on convo..then a couple days later i realized it was him who i did like..i asked him if he was being serious when he asked me out b4 and he said no..but veryone thinks it was..and i told jason i like B and he told him..but thats kinda wat i wanted....me and jason ask really bad questions to eathother and he asked me who i wud do..i said bryce..well he told him...here is my theroy ( since i denied him the first time he asked me out wen he thought i liked him..he wont ask me out again becaue wat if i deny him)(wich i wont) the other day at break a teacher told him to move in the hallway at break and he came and sat next to me...we talk all the time in the hall....and tomorrow after tutorials i am gonna ask him to walk me to tuesday tea....i hope he will.....cause thats when i wanna ask him out...pls hurry cause i gotta no bye tmrow..and how should i go about askin him out???PLS HELP ME!
